Obligations of doctors and other providers listed on Rosewell.
This is a placeholder Provider Agreement for the Rosewell MVP and requires legal review before production launch.
Providers must hold a valid licence or registration and submit accurate credentials for manual verification. Providers appear in patient search only after administrator approval.
Providers may access a patient's health record only within the scope of a valid, unexpired consent, and every access is auditable.
Not an emergency service. Rosewell is a healthcare booking and care-coordination platform. In an emergency, contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
